Axis Research Supply, Inc. is a United States wholesale supplier operating a private, account-based ordering portal for licensed distributors and approved business accounts. Some accounts are opened through an independent distributor who resells on our platform. Where that is the case, your order is still fulfilled by Axis Research Supply, Inc., and these Terms apply to it.

• Accounts are approved individually. Access may be declined or withdrawn at our discretion.
• You must be at least 21 years of age to hold an account or place an order.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Accounts are for business use and may not be shared or transferred.

All materials supplied are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and they are not approved for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition.

Materials are not for human or veterinary consumption or administration. By ordering, you confirm that you are a qualified buyer acquiring them for lawful research purposes, that you will handle and store them appropriately, and that you will not resell or supply them for use in humans or animals.

Prices are those shown in your account at the time you order and may differ between accounts. Prices and availability can change without notice. An order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it, including where an item is unavailable or where a listing contained an error.

Payment is due on the terms shown on your invoice. We may suspend account access or hold orders where an account has an outstanding balance.

We ship to the address you provide; please make sure it is complete and correct, as we cannot reroute a shipment once it is with the carrier. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier.

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or short, contact us promptly and we will work with you to resolve it. Return eligibility depends on the condition and handling of the materials.

Axis Research Supply, Inc. operates a transactional SMS program used only for order-related notifications — order confirmations and shipment tracking updates. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Consent is given directly to Axis Research Supply, Inc. You may opt in at our public opt-in form at axisresearchsupply.store/sms-opt-in or by ticking the consent checkbox at checkout. Both require you to confirm you are 21 or older. Consent is optional and is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies with your order activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email support@axisresearchsupply.store.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing under any circumstances. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy and SMS Policy.

You agree not to misuse the portal — including attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with its operation, scraping it, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close an account that does.

Except where the law does not allow it to be excluded, everything supplied through the portal is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date above shows when. Continued use of the portal after a change means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
