SMS Program & Opt-In Policy

• Order confirmation — one text when an order is placed.
• Shipment tracking — one text when the order ships, with the tracking number.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies with order activity — typically two messages per order. Message and data rates may apply.

Anyone can opt in on our public opt-in form at axisresearchsupply.store/sms-opt-in — no account, no login, and no purchase required. The form asks for a mobile number and carries two separate checkboxes, both unchecked by default: one agreeing to receive order texts, one confirming the customer is 21 or older. The full disclosure shown here appears next to the checkbox at the moment of consent, and we store the exact text and version each person agreed to along with the date and time.

Existing customers can alternatively opt in at checkout, where the same SMS consent checkbox appears next to the mobile phone field, unchecked by default. Checking it is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Those two forms are the only ways a number enters the SMS program — we never add a number any other way, and we never buy or import phone lists.

Axis Research Supply supplies research-use-only materials solely to purchasers 21 years of age or older. Every account holder attests to being 21 or older before ordering, and this SMS program is limited to those purchasers — our public opt-in form requires the same 21+ confirmation as a separate, unchecked checkbox.

We do not knowingly collect mobile numbers from anyone under 21, and no message content is directed at minors. Message content is strictly transactional — an order number, a tracking number, and an opt-out instruction. It names no products and makes no health claims.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe — you will receive one confirmation text and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@axisresearchsupply.store.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are used only for these order notifications. They are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing under any circumstances.
